Description
FullPen Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join our custom metal fabrication shop. Our work focuses on stainless steel equipment, platforms, and sanitary systems for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate is comfortable reading fabrication drawings, fitting and welding structural and stainless assemblies, and working independently on custom one-off projects. Experience with TIG welding stainless steel- including sanitary tubing, purge welding for food-grade systems, and pipe welding/fitting- is strongly preferred. Candidates should also be comfortable with MIG welding, layout, grinding, and general fabrication tools. We are a small, fast-moving shop where quality workmanship and problem-solving matter more than production line speed. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM with occasional weekend/evening work as needed
Pay is based on experience and can range from $28-$37 per hour.
