Description
Research, design, and develop new welding equipment, tooling, and automation solutions for automotive manufacturing applications.
Lead product development projects from concept through testing, validation, and commercialization.
Design and evaluate mechanical, electrical, and welding systems to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Develop and test prototypes, conduct experiments, and analyze results to drive continuous innovation.
Collaborate with customers, manufacturing, and cross-functional engineering teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
Support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimization efforts.
Prepare engineering documentation, specifications, test reports, and technical drawings.
Stay current with advancements in welding technologies, robotics, controls, and automotive manufacturing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or a related field.
1~5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, welding equipment, automation, or automotive industries preferred.
Knowledge of resistance welding, automated assembly systems, or industrial machinery is highly desirable.
Experience with CAD software and engineering design principles.
Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, sensors, controls, and industrial electrical systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
