A Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation employer partner is seeking an Fabricator/Welder to join their team. We are a luxury lighting design and manufacturing studio located in Brooklyn. The studio has been producing high-end lighting fixtures for 2+decades, here in Brooklyn. Our clientele spans the residential, commercial, and nautical sectors. We design, fabricate, and assemble our product here in house, in a small team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced fabricator with extensive experience TIG welding brass/bronze and aluminum.
High end metal fabrication experience required
Intricate fabrication and assembly skills required
Must be reliable, have good communication skills, and able to work well in small team
settings.

Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to 50 lbs)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Additional Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation

Full-time position; $35 – $40 per hour,
