St. Louis Metallizing craftsmen have been working with a variety of industries over the past 50+ years to develop effective metal, polymer and ceramic coatings applied by thermal spray. St. Louis Metallizing has also embraced new technologies such as laser clading to augment the current thermal spray capabilities. These coatings have become very dependable in minimizing wear and corrosion to parts and machine components.

Industries such as power, chemical, petrochemical, construction, mining, and pulp and paper have experienced increased component service life by 50 to 75 percent. As an industry leader, St. Louis Metallizing has developed several thermal spray application innovations with deposition rates from 3 to 60 pounds per hour to apply metallic and ceramic materials. This results in our customers receiving higher quality, better pricing, and faster delivery.

The craftsmen at St. Louis Metallizing have the latest CNC grinding, CNC machining centers, dynamic balancing with documentation, a custom Vision Measurement system for gap radius, bore scoping of interior welds, Level II certified non-destructive inspectors, certified taper gauges and instruments, plasma transferred arc (PTA) welding, laser welding, and a temperature controlled building to assure you the closest tolerances possible.

St. Louis Metallizing is certified to ISO9001, AS9100, FAA part 145, and Nadcap for thermal spray including lab and florescent penetrant inspection.
