RITALKA, INC is a privately held small business holding company based in Montevideo, Minnesota, 100% owned by Kevin R. Wald. RITALKA, INC owns two main service providing companies, SpecSys, Inc and RVI, INC, dedicated to supporting other companies and government agencies. The RITALKA name stands for the owner’s three children, RI-ley, TAL-len, and KA-yla. Each company under RITALKA is ISO Certified. Specialty Systems (SpecSys, Inc) was founded in 1997. SpecSys offers a full range of engineering and manufacturing services throughout multiple locations (Benson, Cloquet, Granite Falls, Montevideo and New Ulm, MN and Watertown, SD) to meet each client’s specific needs over a wide range of industries and specialties.
