Company History
Novae began in 1995 with the development of the Proslide Self Retracting Sulky. In 2001 we acquired the assets of Sure-Trac trailers and began producing trailers. Beginning in 2017, we acquired H&H Trailers in Clarinda, IA and CAM Superline in Waynesboro, PA. In 2019 we acquired Trailerman Trailers in Louisiana, MO. In 2020 we acquired both Integrity Trailers in Carbondale PA (rebranded as ITI Cargo) and Midsota Manufacturing in Avon, MN. In 2022 we acquired Mirage Trailers in Nampa, ID. That same year we acquired Look Trailers, the largest cargo trailer manufacturer in the US with 6 locations across the country. We now manufacture trailers in 9 states under 13 different brands in 22 manufacturing facilities.

Benefits
Our exciting benefits package includes weekly pay as well as a weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after only 30 days of employment, including Vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, company-paid and supplemental life insurance, company-paid Disability, Critical Illness and Accident. Employees are eligible for 401K contribution after 30 days with a Company match. We also offer Company-paid uniforms and an annual safety glasses and steel-toe boot allowance.
