Company Overview
Our corporate headquarters is located in Ohio at the convergance of two great rivers, the Maumee and the Auglaize, just across the river from the historic site of Fort Defiance. Built on the site of the old Turnbull Wagon Company, Defiance Metal Products has been in the business of producing quality metal parts for over 70 years.
As a full service, precision fabricator of metal parts and assemblies, Defiance Metal Products can handle every stage of the fabricating process on-site, including design and engineering, tool and die making, light, deep and heavy stamping, CNC Laser or Rotary Punch, Standard and Robotic Welding, and Coating/Painting.
We supply quality metal parts and assemblies to many different industries including the HD/MD trucking industry, commercial vehicles, military vehicle, construction equipment and agricultural equipment OE Markets.

Company History
Defiance Metal Products began operating in 1939. During our first decade, we expanded from a simple tool and die shop to a stamping facility. Since then, we have grown tremendously because of our attention to product quality and customer service.
Today we operate facilities in Ohio, Arkansas, Pensylvania, Wisconsin and China with over 855,000 square feet of manufacturing space. With our TS16949 and ISO 9001:2000 registered teams, you can expect quality products every time.
