1954
Belfab founded as the first manufacturer of welded bellows in the United States. Enters the Aviation and Nuclear Energy markets
1958
Daytona facility established
Enters the Defense market
Bellows production for the Minuteman Missile Program
1960’s
Enters the Space market
Bellows production for the Apollo program and the Saturn IV rockets
1975
Enters the Natural Gas market
Introduction of the Mechanical Seal line of products
Boeing 747 program started
1980
Enters the Semiconductor market
Production of first [Ion Implant] bellows for Applied Materials

Space Shuttle program work begins
1983
Introduction of Oil Seal line of products

Begin co-development work with customer on patented electron beam metal surface treatment

Acquired Precision Coat of Florida thermal spray operation
