Maryland Metals, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Full-Time Welder / Fabrication Shop Team Member to join our growing team in Hagerstown.
This position is ideal for a candidate with welding experience who is comfortable operating fabrication shop equipment and machinery, and assisting with a variety of general shop activities. Responsibilities include welding (MIG/TIG preferred), cutting and grinding materials, reading and interpreting shop drawings, operating fabrication equipment, maintaining tools and machinery, and supporting overall production needs.
Experience in welding and shop operations is helpful; however, we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn and advance their skills in fabrication and metal work.
