Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Control (QC) program.
• Perform and oversee welding inspections in compliance with AWS, ASME, and other applicable codes.
• Review welding procedures, qualifications, and documentation.
• Ensure proper material traceability, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformances.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, auditors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality matters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in quality control within manufacturing, steel fabrication, or industrial services.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes (AWS, ASME, API, etc.) and inspection techniques.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
