What Youll Do
Operate, monitor, and maintain robotic welding cells
Potentially set up welding programs, adjust parameters, and perform basic troubleshooting
Inspect weld quality and ensure parts meet specifications
Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment in safe working condition
Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes

What Were Looking For
Experience with robotic welding systems
Strong understanding of welding principles
Ability to read engineer prints and follow technical instructions
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willingness to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
