POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our innovative Construction team. This position is full-time. Travel will be required in the regional area of Sparta, WI. This skilled position involves the use of wire feed, MIG and stick welding processes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Performing skilled welding in the repair, modification, and fabrication of equipment and facilities
- Making minor mechanical repairs on a variety of mining, crushing and heavy equipment
- Performing related duties as required

Position Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license, CDL preferred
- Previous welding experience
- Knowledge of layout according to blueprints
- Physically fit to perform the job functions including the ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and walk for long durations
- Able to communicate effectively
- Ability to listen and take direction
- Willingness to be a team player and help train less experienced employees
