About the role

Precision Installs Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Fabricator - Welder to join our team in Mornington, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding components to the highest quality standards, playing a crucial part in the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Interpret drawings and specifications to fabricate and weld custom Stainless Steel and Aluminium components
Operate a range of welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG and stick welders, to join metal components
Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and within project timelines
Collaborate with the wider team to resolve any technical issues and ensure the smooth running of projects
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols
What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Fabricator - Welder, ideally in the trades and services industry
Strong welding skills across different techniques (MIG, TIG, stick) and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
